All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). Once an order is placed, payment must be made in full to confirm the order and only then will the order be processed. The shipment tracking information will be sent to your email once the order is shipped. Shipment takes approximately 2-3 working days for West Malaysia locations, and 5-6 working days for East Malaysia locations.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges upon payment and shipment of order for hygiene purposes. 

If you have received the wrong product by mistake, we do offer a replacement. Please send us a photo of the wrong product together with your name, contact number, order ID, and email with the subject "Wrong Order Request" to [email protected] within 3 days upon receiving your order. Our team will be in touch with you.
